I suggest logging into the web using Tor Browser. You can use the Obfs4 bridge to connect to the Onion Router (I’m assuming Onion communication isn’t working by default, at least here in Turkey it’s forbidden). If the download bağlantı does not accessible in your country (we cannot access it from Turkey here as well, it’s blocked but you can find it from web), I can provide you with a bağlantı according to your operating system, if you cannot find it. By the way since I don’t know if you are using a Turkish translation or not, I translated it into English (at least I tried😂).
